There is a warm, friendly and welcoming ambience in this new micropub opened in July 2025 on the High St close to all bus routes. There is a good chance of being served by owner, Ed, or one of the family. Three to six changing cask beers are served on gravity plus a range of craft keg beer. Other drinks are also available as well as simple pub snacks. At the rear of the pub there is a heated, covered patio area for drinkers. Board games are available to play and the pub is child and dog friendly.
