Weston-super-Mare sub-branch visit to the Wedmore Real Ale Festival. This festival is not normally easy to reach on public transport, however from August 30th First Bus are advising that the 126 WsM to Wells bus will be diverted through Wedmore for a period of six weeks. Travel arrangements tbc.

Once again BADRAG, our Rare Ales Group, will be travelling by train to Swindon's Beer Festival 2026 at STEAM Museum. Join us to sample some excellent dark and other ales. Kicking off at the top of the hill with Wickwar pub, the Cotham Porter Stores (15 Cotham Road South, Kingsdown, Bristol, BS6 5TZ), we’ll then make our way down to the Hillgrove Porter Stores (53 Hillgrove Street North, Kingsdown, Bristol, BS2 8LT), which serves a wide range of ales from South West breweries. Our last stop will be the Hare On The Hill (41 Thomas Street North, Kingsdown, Bristol, BS2 8LX) where we can reflect on a fun-filled year of BAD Ladies adventures!
