This friendly bar reopened under new management, a new layout and a new name in October 2024. The name Lupe is derived from a combination of the Latin words for Hop "Humulus Lupulus" and Wolf "Lupus". Two or three local cask ales are served alongside several keg beers, including a house lager and pale ale. Two real ciders and a selection of Belgian and German bottled beers are also available. Asian-inspired food is provided by Eatchu. The pub's interior is on several different levels, with stepped access, and may offer challenges for those with limited mobility.
