See more about this pub on CAMRA's national web site

A historic riverside pub, popular with locals and dogwalkers and able to accommodate sizeable groups. Built as a country residence in the 18th century, it's been comfortably modernised and now has seating areas on several levels. The garden has ample picnic benches and six timber sheltered tables. The top floor area can be used for functions. Light bites, sandwiches, burgers and pub classics are served, with daily specials, and roasts on Sundays. Regular events include a monthly live band, and there are charity events held during the summer. Updates can be found on the pub's Instagram account: @thelampsbristol. The pub may close at 10.00 pm on Mon & Tues if very quiet, especially in the winter.
