This community pub is well worth the steep climb up from Bedminster, not least to see the fantastic outside mural (pictured) and to enjoy the views of Bristol spread out beneath you. There is also a sheltered courtyard garden, recently refurbished, accessed through the pub.

Inside, one changing cask ale is served (usually from Bristol Beer Factory or St Austell/Bath Ales) plus real cider and a good selection of local craft keg beers.

Regular events include 'bandaoke' (karaoke for bands) and open mic nights.
